Chromium sputtering targets
Chrome sputtering targets are widely used for hardware tool coating, decorative coating and flat panel display coating. Hardware coatings are used for various mechanical and metallurgical applications such as robot tools, turning tools, molds (casting, stamping). The thickness of the film is generally 2~10um and requires high hardness, low wear, impact resistance, thermal shock resistance and high adhesion. Titanium sputtering targets
Titanium sputtering target is commonly used in hardware tool coating, decorative coating, semiconductor components, flat panel display coating, etc. It is one of the core materials for the preparation of integrated circuits, and the required purity is usually above 99.99%.
Zirconium sputtering target
Zirconium is a lustrous off-white, intense transition metal similar to hafnium and, to a lesser extent, titanium. Zirconium is used primarily as a refractory and shading agent, although to a lesser extent as an alloying agent, it is highly resistant to corrosion. Zirconium sputtering targets are widely used in decorative coatings, semiconductor and optical coatings.
Nickel sputtering targets
Nickel is a silvery-white, lustrous metal with a slight golden tint. It is widely used in the production of sponge nickel and decorative coatings. When evaporated in a vacuum, nickel can be used to form decorative coatings on ceramic surfaces or as a solder layer in in-line device manufacturing. It is often sputtered to create layers in magnetic storage media, fuel cells and sensors.
Tungsten Sputtering Targets
Tungsten has the highest melting point of any pure metal (3422°C, 6192°F). It has the lowest vapor pressure (temperatures above 1650°C, 3000°F) and the highest tensile strength. Although carbon remains stable at higher temperatures than tungsten, carbon sublimates rather than melts at atmospheric pressure, so it does not have a melting point. Tungsten has the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion of any pure metal. Tungsten's low thermal expansion and high melting point and tensile strength result from the strong covalent bonds formed by 5d electrons between tungsten atoms. Alloying small amounts of tungsten with steel can significantly improve its toughness.
Titanium-aluminum sputtering targets
Titanium-aluminum sputtering targets are produced by an advanced hot isostatic pressing process.
