At high temperature, tungsten alloy bar is a material with high melting point and low thermal expansion coefficient. The addition of tungsten alloy elements improves workability, toughness and welding. The properties of the material are built on tungsten alloy rods in manufacturing to eliminate problems associated with heat treatment of other tool materials.
90%WNiMoFe is a sintered alloy of high density and high strength with 90%W4%Ni4%Mo2Fe. the tungsten alloy bar is 50% of the density of PM products and lead series products. In this way, the tungsten alloy bar material has low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity and good material characteristics. At high temperature, tungsten alloy is a material with high melting point and low thermal expansion coefficient. The addition of tungsten alloy elements improves workability, toughness and welding.
