Properties Of W-Ni-Cu Alloy Sheet
Properties of W-Ni-Cu Alloy Sheet: non-magnetic, non-radioactive, environmentally friendly, high specific gravity (16.5~18.75g/cm3), high tensile strength (700~1000MPa), high thermal conductivity (5 times that of die steel), low thermal expansion coefficient (only iron or 1/2 to 1/3 of steel), strong ray shielding ability, good electrical conductivity, weldability, and processability.
Note: Compared with tungsten-nickel-iron alloy, since copper does not have the effect of nickel and iron to activate sintered tungsten, the sintered density of W-Ni-Cu alloy is lower, the strength and plasticity are poor, and heat treatment and deformation processing are generally not possible.
