Molybdenum bolt is a kind of semiconductor device material. It is a cylindrical and threaded fastener with nuts. It is made of high-temperature molybdenum rod and has stable physical characteristics at 1700℃.  The product type is M2 (screw diameter is 2mm) ~M32 (screw diameter is 32mm) *L (length), generally according to the user's drawing requirements of production, can make six square head molybdenum bolts, countersunk head molybdenum bolts, square head molybdenum bolts, a groove molybdenum bolts, T-type molybdenum bolts, special-shaped molybdenum bolts, and other specifications. 

Application of moly bolts

Process of moly bolts

Molybdenum bolt is the use of high-temperature molybdenum rod, lathe production, and processing, producers should be familiar with the characteristics of molybdenum metal materials, the use of appropriate operation methods and tools, especially M12 lathe wire picking, improper operation will appear rotten teeth, resulting in a scrap of the workpiece.  The minimum molybdenum bolt can be M1.6*L, some manufacturers facilitate the use of the molybdenum bolt design into special-shaped pieces.
