Back-cast electrodes Introduction
Resistance welding damascene electrodes use a special back-casting process to combine tungsten or molybdenum with copper perfectly and without damage. Compared with conventional brazing electrodes on the market, back-cast electrodes have the advantages of stable solder joints, less wear, and longer life. Magotan starts from both raw materials and production processes to provide customers with better quality precision resistance welding electrodes. Applications of back-cast electrodes
Different from ordinary products, the electrodes produced by Magotan have been deeply densified, with higher density and a more uniform internal structure, and their service life is significantly better than that of electrodes without deep densification. It has been widely used in various precision machinery manufacturing and welding technology, especially suitable for welding copper and other materials with high conductivity, such as welding copper wire, copper sheet, copper tab, copper braided wire, copper foil, and other applications. The product has relatively high electrical conductivity and high-temperature stability, which can ensure the operation of the fully automatic production line, and is suitable for spot welding, rolling welding, projection welding, upsetting and pressure welding, and other processes.

1. Each of our electrodes has been densified, with relatively high density, uniform internal structure, constant resistance, stable conductivity, etc.
2. The inlaid electrode adopts the NDB integrated bonding process (Non-Defective Bonding), with no pores, and the connection strength is > 130Mpa; the integration of copper, tungsten, and molybdenum refractory metals is achieved, and the bonding degree is close to perfect.
3. Raw materials with stable quality, give full play to the physical properties of tungsten's high melting point, and add rare earth elements to further optimize high-temperature stability, creep resistance, high hardness, collision resistance, and not easy to deform, no virtual welding, and reliable solder joints; our Resistance spot welding tungsten and molybdenum electrodes have the characteristics of stable electrical conductivity, high-temperature stability, collision resistance, and non-sticking to workpieces, thereby reducing electrode consumption.
